A client searches and picks you
The seller enters their property address on leiamaakler.ee and sees the most active agents in the area. They choose themselves who to send their request to — you are one of them.

You receive the inquiry by email
We forward the client's selling request to you by email. Their exact contact is hidden at first — this protects both the seller and you until you open the inquiry.

You reveal the contact and get in touch
The personal link in the email opens your inquiry portal, where you reveal the client contact and reach out. No login needed — the link is your access.
These are real inquiries
Every inquiry comes from a real person who asked to sell their property on leiamaakler.ee. We do not buy or sell contact lists. The seller starts the request themselves and chooses which agents it goes to — so consent to be contacted is already in place. The same request usually goes to up to five agents, so the first to respond has the edge.
How you are chosen
We show the client the agents in their area by their real activity — based on public market data, not on paid placement. Nobody can buy their way up the ranking. Read more about how the ranking is built.
What it costs
Right now the service is free for agents — we charge nothing to receive or open inquiries. There is no subscription and no upfront fee. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly and in advance.

Leia maakler is operated by Starta OÜ (registry code 16116747), a company registered in Estonia. We are not an estate agency and do not represent any agent.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I register?
- There's nothing to register for — every active agent is already on leiamaakler.ee automatically. We build the agent list from public portal data (kv.ee, city24 and others). If you have active listings, you already have a profile and can receive inquiries as soon as a client picks you in your area. No account, no login.
- How do I know if I have a profile?
- If you sell property and have active listings on the public portals, you are most likely already listed. Clients find you by area — when one picks you, we send the inquiry to your email. If you are not sure, write to us and we will check.
- Why is my listing count different on your site?
- We count each property once. If the same apartment is listed on several portals at the same time, we show it as a single listing, not several — so our number is lower than the total of your ads across all portals. We also exclude new developments and count only currently active listings (not booked or sold). We refresh the data continuously, but new or removed listings can take up to 5 days to show up. If the number still looks wrong, write to us and we will check.
- How do I get more inquiries?
- We show clients the agents in their area by real activity. The more active listings you have in an area, the more visible you are. Ranking cannot be bought — it depends only on your work in the market.
