Got an inquiry from us and wondering what this service is? Leiamaakler helps property sellers find the most active agent in their area. When a client picks you, we forward their selling request. Here is exactly how it works.

How it works

   A client searches and picks you

   The seller enters their property address on leiamaakler.ee and sees the most active agents in the area. They choose themselves who to send their request to — you are one of them.

2. 2

   You receive the inquiry by email

   We forward the client's selling request to you by email. Their exact contact is hidden at first — this protects both the seller and you until you open the inquiry.

   You reveal the contact and get in touch

   The personal link in the email opens your inquiry portal, where you reveal the client contact and reach out. No login needed — the link is your access.

These are real inquiries

Every inquiry comes from a real person who asked to sell their property on leiamaakler.ee. We do not buy or sell contact lists. The seller starts the request themselves and chooses which agents it goes to — so consent to be contacted is already in place. The same request usually goes to up to five agents, so the first to respond has the edge.

How you are chosen

We show the client the agents in their area by their real activity — based on public market data, not on paid placement. Nobody can buy their way up the ranking. Read more about how the ranking is built.

What it costs

Right now the service is free for agents — we charge nothing to receive or open inquiries. There is no subscription and no upfront fee. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly and in advance.
