How we rank agents
leiamaakler is impartial — we don't sell agents better positions or take ad money. The ranking comes only from public market data showing how actively each agent really works in your area.
What the ranking is based on
We count each agent's active sale listings in the chosen area. The more real listings an agent has there, the higher they rank. This reflects genuine experience and presence — not a marketing budget.
What we don't count
- Advertising or paid promotion.
- New-development listings (developer projects, not the resale market).
- “We buy”-type listings — these are buying interest, not sales work.
Data sources and freshness
We bring together publicly available property listings from Estonia's largest portals and combine the same agent's activity into one picture. Area pages update daily.
* The same agent often posts on several portals — we merge these so the same property isn't counted twice.
Data limitations
We rely on public data, so very recent activity or anything not published on portals may not show immediately. The ranking is a good starting point, but the final choice is always yours — we recommend contacting several agents and comparing their offers.
