leiamaakler aggregates public property listings from all of Estonia’s largest portals and merges them into one complete, duplicate-free picture. That gives a view no single portal can offer — the whole market, at area-level granularity, and the real activity of agents and agencies. Our data is free for journalists to use.

Why our numbers are unique
Every portal only sees its own listings. We bring them all together and remove duplicates — the same property is never counted twice, and the same agent’s activity across portals is merged into one. That produces the only double-counting-free, complete view of the Estonian market: total supply, regional prices, and agents’ real activity across all portals. New developments and buyer requests are excluded; we report medians, not averages.
