Methodology
Active agent / agency = a broker with at least one active listing (for sale or for rent) on a public property portal. The census excludes private sellers (people listing their own home), buyer requests, and non-agents (auction sites, municipalities). The same agent across several portals is counted once, and the census updates daily — the monthly value is the month's latest reading. Freely reusable with attribution to leiamaakler.ee.
