leiamaakler is a free, impartial service that helps property sellers in Estonia find the most active estate agent in their area. Choosing the right agent is often the single most important decision in a sale — our goal is to make that choice simple and transparent.

Why we built this

Choosing an agent usually happens at random — on a friend's recommendation or whoever advertises the most. Neither shows who actually sells the most homes in your area. We show that based on real market data, so you can make an informed choice.

How we make money

For the seller the service is completely free and the ranking is impartial — an agent cannot buy their way up. Read more about how the ranking is built.

We are not an estate agency and don't represent any agent. We bring together public market data and present it the same way for everyone. We share your contact details only with the agents you choose to contact yourself.
